Martin P. Forget

Martin's practice focuses on trial and appellate advocacy on behalf of insurers. He does several jury and non-jury trials on an annual basis and has been lead counsel on many reported cases. His practice involves commercial and homeowners' property and liability claims, subrogation, coverage disputes, motor vehicle litigation, product liability claims and fraud cases. Martin has been counsel for insurers on a number of successful trials involving both property and liability matters.

In addition to his broad trial and appellate court experience, Martin has given lectures to several insurers, brokers and adjusters associations on various issues involving, primarily, coverage disputes but also on recent developments in the law. Martin was called to the bar in 1998.
