Karen J. Borovay

Karen’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defence, including personal injury and property cases, as well as commercial and education litigation. She has experience in drafting pleadings and legal opinions, conducting discoveries, attending mediations and pre-trials, and preparing matters for trial.

Karen excels at forging relationships with her clients and her associates. She rises to each challenge presented, and exceeds the expectations of her clients by offering excellent quality service, acting in the best interests of her clients, and maintaining an efficient and cost-effective approach.

Karen obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. Karen is affiliated with the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association. She was called to the bar in 2010.
