Jagpreet joined Forget Smith after completing his articles at a prominent personal injury firm in downtown, Toronto. During that time, Jagpreet gained invaluable insight and understanding of both sides of the insurance industry and successfully advocated for his clients at the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. 

Being a Windsor native, Jagpreet obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Windsor and obtained his law degree from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Jagpreet then went on to obtain his Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. While working towards his degree, Jagpreet participated in the Litigants in Person Project, under the Pro Bono Society and was a peer mentor to students in the first year. Jagpreet was also on the basketball team for University of Leicester, where he was named the Most Valuable Player.    

In his spare time Jagpreet enjoys playing basketball, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends.
