Caylin graduated from the Law Clerk program at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and joined the Ottawa office of Forget Smith in 2020. She takes a keen interest in Accident Benefits and assists with all aspects of Licence Appeal Tribunal proceedings, including drafting Responses, Case Conference Summaries, Notices of Motions and Hearing Briefs. Caylin also assists with file management in other areas of litigation such as insurance defence, personal injury, subrogation and small claims.
